        一文看懂液壓傳動(dòng)的工作原理

        以千斤頂為例給大家講解下液壓傳動(dòng)的工作原理。

        液壓千斤頂是機(jī)械行業(yè)常用的工具,常用這個(gè)小型工具頂起較重的物體。下面以它為例簡(jiǎn)述液壓傳動(dòng)的工作原理。圖A所示為液壓千斤頂?shù)墓ぷ髟韴D。有兩個(gè)液壓缸1和6,內(nèi)部分別裝有活塞,活塞和缸體之間保持良好的配合關(guān)系,不僅活塞能在缸內(nèi)滑動(dòng),而且配合面之間又能實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠的密封。當(dāng)向上抬起杠桿時(shí),液壓缸1活塞向上運(yùn)動(dòng),液壓缸1下腔容積增大形成局部真空,單向閥2關(guān)閉,油箱4的油液在大氣壓作用下經(jīng)吸油管頂開(kāi)單向閥3進(jìn)入液壓缸1下腔,完成一次吸油動(dòng)作。當(dāng)向下壓杠桿時(shí),液壓缸l活塞下移,液壓缸1下腔容積減小,油液受擠壓,壓力升高,關(guān)閉單向閥3,液壓缸1下腔的壓力油頂開(kāi)單向閥2,油液經(jīng)排油管進(jìn)入液壓缸6的下腔,推動(dòng)大活塞上移頂起重物。如此不斷上下扳動(dòng)杠桿就可以使重物不斷升起,達(dá)到起重的目的。如杠桿停止動(dòng)作,液壓缸6下腔油液壓力將使單向閥2關(guān)閉,液壓缸6活塞連同重物一起被自鎖不動(dòng),停止在舉升位置。如打開(kāi)截止閥5,液壓缸6下腔通油箱,液壓缸6活塞將在自重作用下向下移,迅速回復(fù)到原始位置。設(shè)液壓缸1和6的面積分別為A1和A2,則液壓缸1單位面積上受到的壓力p1=F/A1,液壓缸6單位面積上受到的壓力p2=W/A2。根據(jù)流體力學(xué)的帕斯卡定律“平衡液體內(nèi)某一點(diǎn)的壓力值能等值地傳遞到密閉液體內(nèi)各點(diǎn)”,則有

        p1 = p2 = F/A1 = W/A2 (1-1)

        由液壓千斤頂?shù)墓ぷ髟淼弥?,液壓?與單向閥2、3一起完成吸油與排油,將杠桿的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換為油液的壓力能輸出。液壓缸6將油液的壓力能轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械能輸出,抬起重物。有了負(fù)載作用力,才產(chǎn)生液體壓力。因此就負(fù)載和液體壓力兩者來(lái)說(shuō),負(fù)載是第一性的,壓力是第二性的。液壓傳動(dòng)裝置本質(zhì)是一種能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。在這里液壓缸6、液壓缸1組成了最簡(jiǎn)單的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了力和運(yùn)動(dòng)的傳遞。

        從液壓千斤頂?shù)墓ぷ鬟^(guò)程,可以歸納出液壓傳動(dòng)工作原理如下:

        (1)液壓傳動(dòng)是以液體(液壓油)作為傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力的工作介質(zhì)的。


        (2)液壓傳動(dòng)經(jīng)過(guò)兩次能量轉(zhuǎn)換,先把機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換為便于輸送的液體壓力能,然后把液體壓力能轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械能對(duì)外做功。


        (3)液壓傳動(dòng)是依靠密封容積(或密封系統(tǒng))內(nèi)容積的變化來(lái)傳遞能量的。


        工程機(jī)械的起重機(jī)、推土機(jī)、汽車(chē)起重機(jī)、注塑機(jī),機(jī)床行業(yè)的組合機(jī)床的滑臺(tái)、數(shù)控車(chē)床工件的夾緊、加工中心主軸的松刀和拉刀等都應(yīng)用了液壓系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)的工作原理。
